Nominee & judging process

 

Stage 1 - Nomination entries
July 2011 - 28th October 2011
HRM Awards accepts nomination entries from all HR and related industry professionals*. 

Stage 2 - Announcement of finalists
November 2011
The HRM Awards 2012 team will present a summary report of all applications to the esteemed judging panel for their consideration and review. Finalists will be announced and notified in November 2011.

Stage 3 - Finalists' report submissions
January 2012
All finalists will be briefed and need to prepare a detailed report for every individual category they are participating in. Report templates will be provided for each category. The report should encompass all relevant and necessary information, based on specific category criteria which you can view here. Finalists will be given 4 weeks to submit their reports.

Stage 4 - Judges' decision
February 2012
The panel of esteemed representative judges will review all finalists' submissions. Judges will use their experience to evaluate and select the winners in each category in an impartial, balanced and fair manner. Judges' decision will be final.

Stage 5 - HRM Awards 2012 Gala evening and awards presentation
23 February 2012, The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore
The who's who of Singapore's HR industry will gather for the announcement of all the winners at what has become 'the' HR night of the year. HRM Awards 2012 promises to be the biggest and best yet with a prestigious black tie gala dinner and awards ceremony.

* Service providers are requested to 'Support Great HR' via nomination proposals for third party companies, including clients / potential clients, and to kindly refrain from self-nomination entries.
