Nominee and judging process

Stage 1 - Nominations

Nominee applications are invited from all HR and related industry professionals.

Stage 2 - "Official Finalists" announced

After all applications have been received, the HRM Awards 2010 team will consider each one and collate and present a summary report to the esteemed judging panel for their consideration and approval. Once this process is completed, a full short list of "Official Finalists" will be announced.

Stage 3 - Finalists' submissions

Once announced, all official finalists will be contacted and briefed on preparing detailed reports for every category that they are finalists in. These will be based upon category-specific criteria and will provide judges with all the necessary information needed to choose a winner in each of the award categories. All the official finalists will be given four weeks to produce the said reports.

Stage 4 - Judges' decision

The panel of esteemed representative judges will review all finalists' submissions. Judges will use their experience to evaluate and select the winners in each category in an impartial, balanced and fair manner.

Stage 5 - HRM Awards 2010 gala evening and awards presentation

The who's who of Singapore's HR industry will gather for the announcement of all the winners at what has become 'the' HR night of the year. This year's event promises to be the biggest and best yet with a prestigious black tie gala dinner and awards ceremony, at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia, Singapore on the 4th of February 2010.
